The women who look like they have everything together are often the ones holding on by sheer willpower. You know the ones—keeping everything running, anticipating everyone's needs, handling the crises, all while looking cool, calm, and collected. But underneath it all? They're exhausted and still wondering if they're doing enough.

I know this feeling from lived experience, so believe me when I say, I GET IT.

Chances are, this hits a little too close to home. That's okay. You're in the right place.

Just because you're good at carrying everything doesn't mean you have to. READ. THAT. AGAIN.

Don't let the pretty colors and flowers fool ya—I'm a Gen X woman, and it takes a LOT to rattle me! I've lived a little, seen a lot, and it takes a LOT to rattle me."

You can tell me the messy stuff. I can handle it.

Need to curse a blue streak? Go for it. Have a good cry? That's fine, too. You don't have to filter yourself, find the "right" words, or worry about what I'll think.

Just be YOU!

LICENSED PROFESSIONAL COUNSELOR - PA. | 24+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

Hello and Welcome, I'm Andie!

Since you found your way here, I'm willing to bet you're pretty exhausted from being everything to everyone.

I'm glad you're here. Go ahead, get comfy, and put down that load you've been carrying. Let’s talk about it.

ABOUT ANDIE

So, what's it like to actually work with me?

I keep it real. I'm conversational, curious, honest, and fully engaged. I'll ask questions, connect the dots, offer perspective, and occasionally call you out (with love!) when those old patterns start sneaking back in.

There'll be room for laughter, tears, and all the messy stuff in between. And yes, we can absolutely talk about that coworker who said WHAT at the staff meeting or the family member who did something so outrageous you need a minute to process it. (Seriously, WHAT?!)

And if you're ready to metaphorically burn your whole life down? Okay, let's talk about that—preferably BEFORE we strike the match.

I appreciate a good dose of sarcasm and the occasional salty word (with your permission, of course). Humor can lighten a heavy moment, but I also know when it's time to set it aside.

My approach is practical, collaborative, nervous-system-informed, and values-based. We'll look beyond the anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, and people-pleasing to understand the patterns and expectations keeping you stuck—and what it might look like to do things differently.

I'm not going to just hand you another planner and tell you to manage your time better. Don't get me wrong—practical strategies, healthy routines, and good old-fashioned self-care absolutely have their place, and we'll explore what actually works for you. (And for the record, I LOVE a good bubble bath!) But sometimes what you're carrying requires more than a prettier planner and lavender-scented self-care. We're going to dig deeper, connect the dots, and figure out what's keeping you stuck in the first place.

What I absolutely love? Those moments when you start recognizing your own strength and realize, "Wait a minute. I really CAN do this!"

That's the good stuff. That's why I love what I do.

And here's what I want you to know:

You don't need to become a different person to feel better. You can still be compassionate, capable, ambitious, and deeply invested in the people and things that matter to you. But caring about everyone else shouldn't mean losing yourself in the process.

We're going to work on figuring out where your responsibilities end, what YOU actually want and need, and how to make more room for yourself—without all the guilt that usually comes along for the ride.

Not someone new. Just more YOU than you've felt in a long time.

SOME THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT ME…

Let's make some room for YOU.

You don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out. That's part of what therapy is for.

I offer individual online therapy for women throughout Pennsylvania, and I'd love the opportunity to connect.

MY APPROACH TO THERAPY

You're not just looking for another way to push through.

Practical tools for anxiety and burnout matter. But deep, lasting therapy also means getting curious about what's happening underneath your stress.

01

Beyond Symptom Management

We'll look past the immediate surface stress to understand the patterns, expectations, and habits of hyper-responsibility contributing to your burnout and over-functioning. The goal isn't simply to help you manage an impossible load, but to understand what needs to change.

02

Nervous-System-Informed & Somatic Care

Stress doesn't just live in your thoughts; it lives in your body. For highly sensitive women who process the world deeply, chronic stress can quickly lead to sensory and emotional overload. We'll explore how your nervous system responds to stress, recognize signs of depletion, and find practical ways to support regulation and recovery—without adding another item to your to-do list.

03

Values-Based & Intentional

Together, we'll explore what genuinely matters to you, separate your own needs from the expectations of others, and set boundaries that reflect the life you want to live—not one driven by guilt, fear, or the pressure of always being available for everyone.

04

Collaborative & Practical

Therapy is a collaborative partnership, not another place where you have to perform or get everything right. I'll offer insight, honest feedback, gentle challenges, and practical strategies that translate insight into meaningful, everyday change.

Together, we'll work to untangle the cycles of over-functioning and people-pleasing, soothe your nervous system, and help you return to a life guided by your own values rather than obligation.

I value insight, but I also believe therapy should help you make meaningful changes in everyday life.

These patterns don't develop in isolation. My work is nervous-system-informed, somatic, and values-based, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and emotional regulation strategies.
