THERAPY FEES AND INSURANCE
Straightforward fees. No surprises.
Finding the right therapist is important, but let's be real—the financial side matters, too. I believe in keeping things simple and transparent, so here's what you need to know about fees, insurance, and payment options. One less thing to stress about!
LET’S KEEP IT SIMPLE

ADDITIONAL PAYMENT OPTION
Using insurance
At this time, I accept a limited selection of insurance plans.
Aetna
Highmark
Optum / UnitedHealthcare
Insurance participation and coverage vary by plan, and not all plans offered by these companies are accepted. If you'd like to use your insurance benefits, please reach out before scheduling so we can confirm whether your specific plan is accepted and discuss the next steps for verifying your coverage.
A FEW PRACTICAL DETAILS
What else to know.
Clear expectations are part of a comfortable beginning.
01
Payment & cancellations
Payments are processed securely through SimplePractice.
I ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as missed appointments, are subject to the full session fee.
02
Good Faith Estimates
If you don't have health insurance or choose not to use it, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges. A written estimate is provided when required and is also available upon request.
If you're billed at least $400 more than your estimate, you may be eligible to dispute the charges. Learn more at CMS.gov ↗
